Chris Lilly's Alabama Pulled Pork

I have never had a better pulled pork sandwich than the one I had at Big Bob Gibson's at this year's Big Apple BBQ Block Party. With a little bit of their habanero bbq sauce, it had great texture, moisture and great balanced pork flavor. It is easy to see why Chris Lilly and the Big Bob Gibson's stand has been one of the most popular stands at teh Big Apple BBQ from its inception.
