This time last year and the year before I was in Madrid attending the culinary wonderland known as Madrid Fusión. Unfortunately, this year I am unable to attend. Though shorter than previous years, the schedule looks exciting with presenters such as Ferran Adria, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Juan Mari Arzak, Grant Achatz and Rene Redzepi returning again along with noteworthy newcomers like Alain Ducasse and Yoshihiro Narisawa amongst others. New this year is a greater emphasis on cocktails with presentations by Javier de las Muelas, Johnny Schuler, Junior Merino and others. The full program can be found here. Also new this year is the Madrid Fusión Channel on Youtube. Currently there are videos from last year with promise of videos from this year's Congress.
