Thanks for doing this series of posts. I read both Alex&Aki's blog and Ideas In Food but since I live across the country, I've never had the opportunity to taste any of their cooking. Neat to see and hear about it from someone else's perspective. It looks like an amazing meal, with some incredible wine too.

Thanks for reading and commenting Michael. I would certainly recommend trying their cooking should you get the chance. They have great ideas and translate them well to the plate. The pictures and descriptions are great, but actually eating their food is even better.
