I don't know too many people more creative or skilled at what they do than Shola Olunloyo of Studio Kitchen and Alex Talbot and Aki Kamozawa of Ideas in Food. I have been trying to get them together for a meal for some time, so when I heard that they were finally doing it, I had to be there. Unfortunately, Aki will not be there due to other obligations, so it will just be Alex and Shola.
The dinner is tonight, but I stopped in this afternoon to drop off some wine. While there I had a chance to catch some of the prep, whetting my appetite even more for tonight's dinner if that is possible. Here are a few photos ffrom this afternoon at Studio Kitchen:

I really like the salmon that you pulled, its sooooo HUGE!! I remember when I was younger I used to go fishing in Lake Michigan for Super Salmon, with my dad (Leonard, my aunt Chris, and my uncle Michael, and my dzia dzia Valentine Kraska) and that brought back memories....When I was 5 years old, I caught the biggest one, took me 2 hours to reel in,and it was as big as you are. Let's get in touch some time, as I am a starving artist on great culinary advertist.
