A Trio of Eggs

Away from home on Saturday, I was unable to buy eggs from our usual source, Elihu Farm at The Saratoga Farmers Market. Having heard that I could get wonderful chicken eggs from Meadow Run Farm at The Fair Food Farmstand at Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia, I stopped in to buy some. To my delight I also found mallard duck and goose eggs from Pecan Meadow Farm in Newburgh, PA. Unfortunately, I was short of time to shop through all the other beautiful products for sale at the Farmstand.
