It's long (just over an hour),
but this video provides excellent insight into Ferran Adria and elBulli.
I love the "Day in the Life Video" early in the program. I first saw it two years ago at The Spain and the World Table program at CIA/Greystone's World of Flavors Conference. The images of the dining couple really capture the essence of dining at elBulli.

And could you please pronounce somehow Sr. Adria's name? I've never heard it spoken, but it makes a lovely almost mantra as it runs through my mind when I see it.
