What the heck is "Starchefs" anyway?

Starchefs, or more accurately, Starchefs.com, is an internet culinary magazine aimed particularly at chefs. For the past four years they have put on an International Chefs Congress in NYC, bringing together top chefs from across the globe for demonstrations, workshops and networking. I have had the good fortune to have been able to partake and document elements of these Congresses each of those years. I am attempting to do so here, but have been backed up in getting the meat of my documentation out secondary to time constraints. I hope to accelerate the process shortly. Thanks for asking!
