Madrid Fusion - A Toque to Watch (and Taste)

One of the more closely anticipated awards at the Madrid Fusión Congresses is that of the annual selection of "Revelation Chef." In 2008 that award went to David Muñoz of the restaurant DiverXo in Madrid. This year the award was given to Rodrigo de la Calle of the restaurant Rodrigo de la Calle in Aranjuez. De la Calle had presented at the Congress the day prior. By all accounts he is one to watch.
